Payment is required in advance for all orders. We accept money orders, cashiers checks, PayPal and wire transfers. Personal checks are accepted, but must clear before shipping. Please call or email us for wire information.

We ship FedEx Express or airfreight unless other arrangements are made. Shipping charges depend on weight and destination. We will confirm cost and shipment date with customer prior to shipment. Animals are guaranteed live arrival. Someone must be present to accept shipment. Rarely a shipment may miss it’s connecting flight. Customer must track shipment and notify us immediately if there is a problem. All animals are healthy, feeding and correctly sexed unless otherwise agreed upon with customer. We take great pride in providing quality, exceptional animals. If you are not satisfied you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving animals.

International orders are shipped by airfreight only. The following fees apply: CITES PERMIT $250.00, HEALTH CERTIFICATE (if required by destination), SHIPPING, BROKER FEES. The minimum international order is $5,000.00.

Deposits on animals are accepted. An animal cannot be held without a deposit. Desposits are non-refundable unless order cannot be completed. Payment plans are available on a case by case basis. Please contact us for details.
