Please allow 24 hours after your payment is received for shipping and handling information to be forwarded to you. We ship on Tuesday only, based on weather conditions. We ship FedEx Express priority overnight unless other arrangements are made. Shipping charges depend on weight and destination. We will confirm cost and shipment date with customer prior to shipping. We offer local pick up Monday through Friday with 24 hour advance notice and a scheduled appointment time for pick up only. We are not open to the public. Upon arrival, a staff member will greet you and deliver your order. Reptiles are guaranteed* live arrival. Someone must be present to accept shipment. We do our best to schedule direct flights, however when this is not possible rarely a shipment may miss its connecting flight. Customer must track shipment and notify us immediately if there is a problem. All reptiles are healthy, feeding and correctly sexed unless otherwise agreed upon with customer. We take great pride in providing quality, exceptional reptiles. If you are not satisfied you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving shipment. We require a deposit for large orders.
